Episode 27 will come out next week Monday. This week, the show is on break due to travel/illness. That cold that started last week just kicked by butt! It’s finally going away and my traveling is done for the time being, so I’ll be able to get Episode 27 put together for you this week.
Now, I have a couple of announcements:
1) The Core Power Program featured in Episode 25 has been revamped and improved and had extra bonuses added. So, if you still haven’t picked up these super fun workouts to increase your softball power, this is a great time to take action and do it. Get Core Power Here
2) You may have seen my blog post about MittMates at AAF. If you have no idea what MittMates are, don’t feel bad, I didn’t know what they were either until a few weeks ago. Turns out they’re pretty cool. I even have one on my glove and, hopefully, I’ll be talking with the main woman behind MittMates on an upcoming episode of FTR. Should be fun!
I guess that’s about it for now. I’ll see you with a new episode next week!

Mr. Barry Lovelace of FitQuest Fitness join us to talk about core power and how functional training can help a softball player improve performance on the field.
I’m find out that this functional training is good for coaches too. Strengthen those muscles around your joints, strengthen your back, transform your coaching body from “roll-y and jolly” to lean and mean.
