I’m happy to be able to bring this episode to you a bit sooner than I expected. In this episode, hear about a really cool clinic opportunity, find out how you can take a peek inside my softball brain, and find out why I was proud of the girls after a recent practice.

Yes, there is an Episode 26 in the making, but last week I had a family emergency that had me flying to Chicago and now that I’m back I have this annoying cold that has all but stolen my voice. I can talk, but you probably wouldn’t be able to understand me very well.
So…I will get a new episode published for you, but it’ll have to wait just a little bit until my voice clears up and is actually audible in audio recordings.
When the new episode is ready, you’ll hear about some cool events coming up, PLUS find out why I was proud of my players after a recent practice.
Thanks for your patience!
However, if you’re starving for interesting fastpitch thoughts and/or discussions, I have 3 suggestions for you:
1. Read my latest post on Change at the AAF Blog
2. Check out the fun discussions going on a My Fastpitch World
3. Get a peek inside my softball brain at StacieMahoe.com
See ya there!

Mr. Barry Lovelace of FitQuest Fitness join us to talk about core power and how functional training can help a softball player improve performance on the field.
I’m find out that this functional training is good for coaches too. Strengthen those muscles around your joints, strengthen your back, transform your coaching body from “roll-y and jolly” to lean and mean.
